MY PROGRESS

I decided after My Biggest Loser Experience that this wasn’t going to be just another diet for me. The word diet suggest that it’s temporary, but this is anything but temporary! 

This is a life decision that’s been years in the works! 

I’m putting all of my effort into becoming the healthiest i’ve ever been in my entire life. 

I’m not going to fall for any gimmicky diets or lose-weight fast schemes. Eating healthy and exercising is the only way i’m doing this. 

I have to do this in a way that works for me. For example becoming a vegetarian was something that was fairly easy for me, but that doesn’t mean it’s what everyone should do. Discovering how your body reacts to different dietary styles and exercise regimens is all part of the journey. 

This doesn’t happen overnight. Sometimes it takes weeks or months for you to notice a difference. If you weigh yourself everyday your just gonna bum yourself out. What i’ve discovered is that if you become healthy for the sake of being healthy, all of the goals you have for your physicality will naturally work themselves out.
